    Notes Windy at times, when it got a bit rough. Not possible to get past the Yellow-billed Duck and Egyptian Geese in the upper reaches without flushing them, so much movement of these. Waterfowl broods: Yellow-billed Duck - 1 ad + 4 young (class Ic), 1+4y (Ia); Cape Shoveler - pair + 5y (IIc); Egyptian Goose - pair + 2y (Ib); Cape Teal - pair+5y (Ib).
