    Notes We started later than usual because there was a "Blessing of the vines" service earlier in the morning! The female Blue Crane(R208) and her small chick swam from the shore to an island in area opposite us! The male Blue Crane R208 flew to a nearby island and called to its mate. The male had an injured leg (as confirmed by owner of the farm). Blue Cranes had 2 chicks but 1 disappeared.
