    Notes Weather good. Level still very high, but not full. Drove around most of the pan, stopping periodically. Most of the birds were in the water in the southwestern quarter, moving around, making counting difficult. Breeding records: Coot - 1 adult + 2 young (c.1/2 adult size), and 1 with 1 young (c.1/4 adult size); 1 adult Yellow-billed Duck with 3 ducklings (class Ib).
