    Notes This dam continues to silt up, and be invaded by reeds and willows. Count tackled as before, from a vehicle and on foot, starting with the "Caledonia" section of the east side, and then the west side, starting from the southern end. Weather good. Breeding records: White-breasted Cormorant: 32 active nests, most with chicks, in willows in bay in "Caledonia" section of Caledon Nature Reserve.
