    Notes This dam continues to silt up, and be invaded by reeds and willows. Count tackled as before, from a vehicle and on foot, starting with the "Caledonia" section of the east side, and then the west side, starting from the southern end. A piece in the middle of the W side was inaccessible (because of high level of the dam)+A4, but was anyway mostly a section of the old river channel and where birds are usually not seen.
