    Notes Pan nearly overflowing - very little open shoreline, with what was previously marginal vegetation now emergent in the shallows. To avoid flushing the flamingoes the whole count was done with a scope on a tripod on the east side - some smaller birds may have been missed, especially among the emergent vegetation.
