    Notes All pans were dry. This is a closed estuary. River level dropped dramatically since last summer count(500cm). High salinity. All pans were dry, weather overcast with a very slight breeze and fine drizzle on return trip. Poor representation of species, only 4 less than last winter count! The Cape Cormarant was an immature.
