    Notes This dam is counted by making use of kayaks. The shore is encircled by wetland vegetation, such as submerged vegetation (Ceratophyllum demersum, etc……), free floating vegetation (Nymphya lotus), free standing (Phragmites australis, Typha capensis), etc. and this makes it difficult to see which birds occur inside the vegetation. Bird observations is thus only concentrated on the birds seen and heard. Conditions make it impossible to count all the birds present. An exotic water plant by the name of Lemna gibba was observed on the dam. Conditions were quite windy.
