    Notes A fair amount of disturbance (fishermen etc.) on the south bank near the mouth. Birds not always visible in the network of pools above the pont on the north bank - covered as best as possible. Large group of roosting terns on north side of mouth tightly compacted and frequently moving to and from a subsidiary group on a sandbank in the centre of the mouth, making counting difficult.
