    Notes This dam continues to silt up, and be invaded by reeds and willows. Count tackled as before, from a vehicle and on foot, starting with the "Caledonia" section of the east side, and then the west side, starting from the southern end. Section of western side inaccessible, because of damage to a bridge at one end, and a submerged one at the other. However, birds are rarely seen along this section. Cloudy and windy.
