    Notes Dam quite full. A clear day, with the water quite rough most of the time. Heronry in the same patch of large Soetdoring trees as last summer (…………………………..): Reed Cormorants = 26, though none actually seen on nests; Cattle Egrets = 2466, adults and well grown young moving about in the nest trees - impossible to count or estimate the number of active nests; Sacred Ibis = 28 adults, but no nests seen; Grey Heron = 1 immature bird in tree. Other birds breeding elsewhere: Yellow-billed Duck: 1 adult with 2 young (Class Ic), 1 adult with 4 young (Ib) ; Red-billed Teal: 2 adults with 6 young (Class IIa); Egyptian Goose: 2 adults with 8 young (Class IIc)
