    Notes Misty and cold at start of count. Bad smoggy haze and glare off water. Rubble dumped on road verges and extensive dumping of domestic waste throughout grassland around pan. Parts of grassland graded suggesting further development planned. Footprint of cattle kraals expanded. Seeps flowing in several areas and strong inflow of raw sewage.
