    Notes Misty at start and for much of the count. Very cold. Numerous impacts on pan and catchment. These include removal of pallisade fence and paved perimeter walkway, widespread littering and dumping of domestic waste, construction of numerous new stormwater inflows, ingress of sewage, cattle and horse grazing, zama zamas, illegal netting of fish, massive hyacinth infestation, harvesting of grass sods, encroaching development including a solar plant within the catchment.
