    Notes Very cold. Wetland overgrown by reeds and water hyacinth. Hyacinth removal observed in summer appears to have stopped. Very little open water visible. All patches of open water and expanses of hyacinth visible through the reeds were scanned for waterbirds. Zama Zamas still active within the wetland and on the surrounding dumps.
