    Notes Wetland feeding the dam partially dry with only a small pond remaning. The dam was being fed by effluent flow and remained full. Very cold, high mist whitened sky. Northern inner shoreline (i.e., hyacinth bank between reeds and open water) counted from railway embankment on southern shore.
