    Notes Water hyacinth along much of shoreline. Massive hyacinth infestation in the east extending from the dam wall and filling most of the NE portion of the dam. Inflow from east choked to start of housing development on northern shore. Bronkhorstspruit inflow from south much less affected than on previous count. Dam at lowest level we can recall. Very cold at start of count.
