    Notes Bird populations collapsed several years ago following mismanagement of sewerage works. Bottom pond with no visible standing water following collapse of the retaining wall c6 yrs ago and becoming overgrown with Ipomoea with reeds decreasing due to drying out. Top pond 100% full. Low quality sewerage flowing through system with 40% of open water covered with sewerage sludge due to mismanagement of sewerage works. Reeds continue to encroach. No water lettuce for several years since sewerage sludge became dominant on pond surface
