    Notes Water flow under the railway bridge was 1 metre per 10 seconds with rafts of mixed invasive water weed slowly floating into the main water body via the Westlake and Keysers Rivers. The boom nets across the entrances to the Rutter Road pond were holding the water weed back and directing it into the main waterbody under the railway bridge. We did not see too many birds or species here today in the passing rain squalls. Thank you to all the CBC people, ZVNR Staff members who came and helped today, including Damian Gibbs (current Chairman of the Zandvlei Trust) and his family.
