| Brief_description |
| An area of exposed reef at low tide that is covered at every high tide extending between the jetty and the Vasco da Gama Pillar. Quite high levels of disturbance. Used as a tern and gull roost at low tide as well as a feeding area for reasonable numbers of waders. |

| Shallow rock pools in the flat reef surface. Has become covered in bright green algae over the years. Sometimes covered in a thick layer of silt that comes from the Sabaki River c. 5 km to the north. |
